[link] <- is my site, and I followed this tutorial [link] to the letter. I'm... not exactly sure what happened there? I can take screenshots of Ambitiouslemon's file manager, if that helps any? (Or I could just let you use my password to get onto the site? I trust ya. :3 )
I don't actually have Dreamweaver, and the version I use at school is CS3. But, viewing the source, I'm guessing that your CSS file is not hosted, which is why the formatting didn't work. Or it is hosted in a different location, so the HTML file can't find it.
You should avoid using pre-designed layouts, though. That way you'll know where all of your files are.
Screenshots would be good! If you can't find "twoColLiqLtHdr.css" anywhere, that's what the problem is.
